Ah, fraggle rock. The Muppets were good, the cartoon bad. I’d forgotten there was a cartoon until Mrs JD reminded me. Now that I remember I’ve realised it was a repressed memory.
Today started well only to then shoot downhill; before climbing slowly back. Which brings us to now, hang with me I’ll get to a point eventually. Today’s my medical, in a few hours I’ll be poked and prodded, then told whether I’m healthy or not.
As with all good geeks I know for a fact I need to do more excersize. So this is a step to get me doing more. I’ll drop an entry in later on the results; unless I’m declared dead.
