I’m a happy camper as my desk strains longingly at two new DVD disks placed upon it.
I’ve burned the BBCs 1981 series of Douglas Adams’ The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy to a two DVD set. As sweet as custard my son.
As I’ve just been paid I’ve recently gone on an insane spending spree that I will no doubt regret.
- An internal ADSL modem instead of my dire USB one that is dependent on my CPU for it’s KBps (Later cancelled due to the shop not having them in stock)
- Macally iPod anti-noise generation headphones, though I’ll get my parential units to purchase those for me via my upcoming birthday
- Another new book, will add it to all consuming shortly
- A DVD for Mrs JD
- Plus paid off one credit card. I have so little debt that sometimes I feel I’m missing out on the debt mountain that everyone in England is accumulating
To cap it off my DVD set of Tintin has arrived. 21 episodes of the wee Belgian chap to meander through. Talk about indulging my inner geek. Sigh.
