AskTog: Make Your Mac a Monster Machine

Question: What do you get when you take one 14 year Apple veteran, who is also the founder of Appleís UI group, and ask him how to improve on the Macís UI experience?

Answer: A list of damn fine Mac additions. Now all I need to do is find the OSS equivalents to these as shareware costs money and currently I have naught.

Iím tempted to sell a kidney; and I never said it would be mine.

Update: This really got me thinking about Apple’s dock and I’ve come up with something so much better. It owns both the XP taskbar and the dock. Now I wonder how I get anyone to actually take note of this little wonder.

I’ll document the thing first and solicit opinions.
