Recommended:
Guardian Style Guide a broadsheet newspaper, UK

The BBC Styleguide, used by BBC news - a good guide, UK

Strunk, one of the most well known guides, USA


Also Good:

The Economist Style Guide, the financial magazine, UK

Milwaukee School of Engineering Wordy and not very well presented, but still worthwhile, USA

WWW Style Guide By Tim Berners-Lee, the WWWs ‘daddy’, UK

Concordia Citation Guide, Canada

Jack Lynch’s Guide Not updated for an age, it’s still good though

EDUFind Grammar Guide

Commnet Grammar Guide, USA

CMS One of the two daddies of all style guides, USA. Doesn’t have the full guide online though. The other is the Oxford Style Guide, but as far as I know this is either not online at all or is subscription based, like the Oxford Dictionary.
