I’ve done some background work on the site, the first time in a long while. I assure you it’s as much as shock to me as you. I’ve added some CSS code and revised the Amazon Script so that it pulls not only the last four books, but the last four DVDs and CDs as well.
Four of each is too many but we’ll see how it goes; after all the images are pulled from Amazon’s servers, not mine.
The banner has changed too, couldn’t find my original .psd file so I had to recreate the thing, all because I wanted to smooth the fade out … I think you may be hard pushed to notice the difference.
I’ve also added a Now Playing in iTunes image, uploaded to the server every 30 seconds or so. This shows whatever track I’m currently playing in iTunes on my PowerBook. This might be a very bad idea as the Mac is the house stereo and it’s not just me that uses it … Oh well. Expect bad music ;)
