Independant seems to some things up well - it couldn’t have gone much worse.
A president the majority world fears and dislikes wins his second turn. Not unexpected, a second term is the norm and in the 1984-esq ‘war on yadda’ the odds of middle America voting against there ’strong leader’ were small. It didn’t matter how many mistakes Bush made, how divisive he was - America wanted Homer Simpson.
So now what for the world? Sure as hell isn’t going to get any better.
