Finally confirmed, Steve Purcell got the rights back from Lucasarts. The rights have now been sold for a game to be made by ex-Lucasarts staff who worked on the first Sam and Max.
At last, Sam and Max are back. Telltale games www.telltalegames.com are making perhaps the most awaited adventure game ever.
