This isn’t great, but it isn’t bad either. The end is dire, and the characters are shallow BUT the imagination in this is great. So good that Laurell K Hamilton ripped the world off used the same world and one of the characters and created a series of books from it. Worth getting if you’re an urban fantasy fan, otherwise this is just a time filler.
