Day 3 (Short)

Drove to the Museum of Anthrapology today. No clue how as there are no signposts for it. Canadians it seems do not believe in signposts. You have to know where you are going before you set off. After random turnings around Kitsalano we found the place and it is closed on Mondays. Great.

After random turnings trying to get back we stopped for a break at Starbucks, which was opposite a realtors. We decided to check out housing, Kits is damn expensive. The realtor proved both opinionated and useful — with a puppy under her desk. Don’t ask. She may be a useful contact for the future.

While we were in the area we stopped in Kits, supposidly a hippy/trendy area. It is trendy, it isn’t hippy. The faux hippy thing just doesn’t work and isn’t real, Kits get over yourself. Kits did have couple of decent shops on 4th Avenue but that was all.
