Seriously, it may be bad for both your liberty and health. You are supposed to recieve a complaints form, however the policy in Florida is a little different - you get abuse, accused of being on medication, told your insane and even intimidated by armed officers.
Florida, the incorruptable state, the election showed that. Twice.
