Unlike last year I didn’t get around to this on the actual day. So although it is a few days late, three to be exact, happy birthday me.

Want to know the best present I got? Some clothes, a few books and some snacks. Any of those the best? Nope.

My parents had been looking after my baby girl the night before, allowing me and my wife to go out for a Mexican meal, when I went to pick her up she’d been taught how to say ‘happy birthday’; admittedly it was closer to ‘pee-earthday’. Yet it was still the best present ever.

So cute.
