Soviet Underground Submarine Base

April 28th, 2006 · No Comments

I’d love to tour Russia. You know I have a passion for abandoned towns/cities and Russia is the top dog for that, this is almost as good. A large underground Submarine complex, decommissioned in the early 90s the base is now open to tourists.

Dino Bones Sofa

April 28th, 2006 · No Comments

Wanna. I think I’m in a consumerist mood this morning, I keep seeing cool things and crying out for the desire to own them. I need to watch Fight Club again or I might end up in an Ikea and I can’t imagine anything worse than that.

Imagine owning this sofa, the expense would be a [...]

Nido Play Cave

April 27th, 2006 · No Comments

This is so cool, my daughter would adore it.

Javier Mariscal’s ingenious Nido Play Cave zeroes in on many of the features essential to a successful kid hideaway. Geared for the demands of the preschool, the Nido is bright yellow with pop-up eyes and has a whimsical and eminently friendly façade. Designed for a child’s body, [...]

Top 15 grown-up - the world adult has other connotations - animated movies. The list could be overty heavy on the manga as Japan has accepted animation as a mature medium far longer than the UK or the US. It seems to have concentrated on worldwide animation.
I love Akira, I saw one of the first [...]
