All the essential web tools in one place? Um, whatever

This is a sort of useful, maybe, slightly, list of the current batch of web based tools. No-one mention Web 2.0. Oh crap.

So what’s useful here? A few things for sure. I guess if this site is updated a lot this could be a useful site. I ripped out the following links that have either been directly useful to me in the past or someone I know. Subjective? Yeah, but so is Protolize.
