Platypus Claymation Shooter, OS X and Windows

I saw this game on boingboing, I read the website and it gave only Windows specs for playing the game, Direct X and so on. I downloaded it anyway, I was going to drop it to an external disk and load up a Windows PC to try it. Maybe one day when bored.

When the game downloaded is was playable on OS X, a pleasent surprise. I played it, it’s an OK shooter, the graphics are what just tips it into the fun bracket. No I won’t be paying for this one.

I went back to the website to see if I’d missed some sign that this was also on OS X, nothing. How insane is that. Just how many Mac shooter fans would look at the site then leave as no sign exists that this can run on a Mac.

If you’ve gone to the trouble of making your game work across different OS at least tell people.
