I’m pretty excited about E3 this year, last year was dull, this year we have the crumbling empire of Sony and the freaky japery of Nintendo. I’m not sure why Microsoft are bothing with E3, they have nothing to show. The 360? Again? Whoopdedo.

Nintendo have already stolen the show, Wii, I’m looking forward to seeing how games are played on the system. They’re showing up to 20 games for the Wii which is a great launch lineup. PSP anyone? Thought not. Speaking of which …

Sony has a lot to prove, people are getting more than a little worried about the ongoing train wreck that is the PS3. They need to show that things are under control, and progressing according to a real time scale. Non of this we’re out next week!. Quick, we need to pick someone to build this thing and fit it in the case. I know I’m going to buy the thing eventually just for Gran Turismo.

Thanks to all that voted on last week’s E3 poll. A whopping 74% are most excited for Nintendo unveilings at this year’s E3. That’s expected from the company with the highest number unknowns going into the event. But after renaming their next-gen console Wii, what else will Nintendo do?
