These shots are like something out of an anime.
Um. OK.
Like something out of a futuristic sci-fi flick, a cleaner BladeRunner. Taking these shots can’t have been easy, how do you balance the length of time the lens is open against the exposure on a night shot with spotlights in the frame? And how the hell did he get so high?

Very cool shots, I think it may have been taken by an alien.
This would explain the tech needed to get the exposure correct and also how he hovered so high.
