Yes the archives are back, you can see them in all their Ajax powered glory here.

When I moved to this new theme the archives, of course, broke and it took me ages to get them working again. After I did the sites files were destroyed. Then destroyed again. After I rebuilt things - twice over - I forgot about the archives. D’oh. Sorry, sorry, sorry.
