This is pretty well written but it’s weak in the plot dept., it’s not a patch on Sunshine. I’ve never read a book that the protagonist suffers so much, the last third of the book she can barely remain concsious.

The plot hangs on a series of action sequences and and ill defined baddie, it’s so open for a sequel too. It’s OK, but nothing special, falling in the tale end of the new generation of dark vampire fantasy.
