A collection of various photo’s that I think are excellent, I’ve been adding links into a post for about two weeks so this contains a few different links and pictures now. Hope you like, I might make this a regular thing. My Flickr pool is here.
I took my first black-and-white photographs over 60 years ago. In the mid-1960s I began wandering the deserted Sunday streets of what was still a post-war London, taking colour photographs of the bomb sites, run-down backstreets, dusty antique shops and greasy-spoon cafés. Many of these photographs are now in the collection of the Museum of London.Something wonderful about the bedraggled style of post war London. The pictures of old theatres are great, so few now exist.
