These days even Marvel comics have good artwork – at least sometimes – IGN has a great rundown of the 50 best Marvel covers from 2006.
I’ve just read through Marvel Zombies, which wasn’t bad, the artwork inside was good but the covers were exceptional, no wonder they feature highly on this list. The top cover after the jump:
