I’m not sure that you can really get that much of a workout unless your playing something for a long enough time; or you do boxing over and over. Boxing is the one game I don’t use any skill on at all, I just pummel. No doubt because I find it the least enjoyable I think. Even the horrid Golf has grown on me more than boxing.
I disliked Tennis most at first but that is a game that reveals depths pretty slowly, I like it now.
